Twelve tables, one seating a night, and a menu written the morning it is served. Reservations open thirty days ahead.
We buy small, cook simply, and let the produce carry the plate. The kitchen has changed hands twice in twenty-eight years and the philosophy has not moved an inch.
There is no tasting menu and no theatre. There is a room, a fire, and whatever the morning market gave us.
Written each morning. Available for collection nightly until nine.
Photographed over one evening in late autumn.
One seating each evening. We hold your table fifteen minutes.
